The SlimShot hinge system requires less end of bed flat space for trucks with a smaller flat surfae at the end of the truck bed than the standard 2" flat surface. This hinge works well for certain model Dodge and Ram trucks as well as Ford trucks with bed mounts that are closer than most model Ford's.
